I know a number of people that swear by essential oils. I’m allergic to them, unfortunately.
Interesting info. I often use essential oils at home but never for the brain. Especially I like citrus, melissa, sandalwood, patchouli smells. I buy only 100% natural oils, unfortunately, there are a lot of synthetic in trade.
Totally – getting good quality oils is a must!
